Grease-Gard / Odor-Guard Unit
The Grease-Gard© / Odor-Gard© unit enables Kitchen Exhaust to be installed where normal discharge is not possible.
The unit is versatile as the multi stage treatment of the kitchen exhaust air enables the various contaminants to be removed by the most appropriate method and Cross-contamination between Kitchen Exhaust discharge and adjacent Air Conditioning fresh air intakes can be minimized.
The unit is designed without electronic components so it will give trouble free performance with low running costs and a minimum of maintenance.
The units are configured as follows:-
1) The Grease-Gard unit contains two stages of particulate filtration for the oil and grease.
2) The Standard Odor-Gard unit contains the same two stages of particulate filtration for the oil and grease that the Grease-Gard has and in addition one stage of carbon filters.
3) The Odor-Gard "CC" unit contains the same three stages of filtration as the Standard Odor-Gard unit and one additional stage of particulate filtration for the fine black smoke that is produced when char grilling.
|
Benefits include:
-
Cleans grease, oil and smoke from
exhaust air.
-
Reduces odour in exhaust air with
Odor-Gard Unit.
-
Clean exhaust ducting and Fan.
-
Reduced fire hazard.
