Opakfil Green
The Camfil Farr Opakfil Green® provides high efficiency filtration in a light weight and compact format. For use in any air conditioning application and preparatory filtration in cleanrooms.
It can remove all contaminants such as fumes, smoke, bacteria, fungi and virus-bearing droplet nuclei which makes it a very good choice for improving your indoor air quality.
|
The Camfil Farr Opakfil Green:
- Contains a very small fiber diameter material in a rigid and safe frame design. This guarantess a very high and consistent filter efficiency for sub micron particles.
- Reliable performance makes it the ideal final stage filter to meet the European standard for ventilation of non-residential buildings, EN13779.
- Is equipped with a handle for easy handling and installation.
- Frame has drainage for condensation water.
- Filter can be installed in both senses and furnished with a gasket.
- Filter is fully incinerable.

|
| By optimizing the material configuration, we can furnish an extremely large filter area (19 m2) and still utilize the entire material within. This large filter area allows for the high filter efficiency. It also enables a very low pressure loss over the filter, both initial and when dust loaded, even at high air flows. This makes it the best available compact filter when an optimized filter economy is required. |

Riga-Flo®
The Camfil Farr Riga-Flo®, setting the standard for rigid, supported media, air filtration since 1976. The Camfil Farr Riga-Flo provides high-efficiency ASHRAE air filtration performance in a compact, supported media design.
The materials of construction preclude contaminant amplification as all components are inert with respect to supporting the growth of captured bacteria or other viable contaminants.
|
The Riga-Flo:
- Is available in four efficiencies: Includes high-lofted, depth-loading, microfine glass media for longer service life and uniform low resistance to airflow. Filtration efficiency is maintained throughout the life of the filter
- Has a laminated media backing to maintain fiber blanket uniformity and preclude media migration
- Includes a stiffened backing that is bonded to the media to support and maintain tapered radial pleats and prevent media oscillation during varying system airflows
- Includes a continuous adhesive bond around the media pack to eliminate air bypass and ensure integrity to 10” w.g.
- Includes an enclosing frame of corrosion resistant galvanized steel.
|
|
|
|
| Includes all-metal contour stabilizers on the air entering and air exiting sides to assure pleat support through turbulent or varying airflows. Includes all-metal diagonal support braces to assure filter rigidity and media pack protection. The braces are mechanically attached to the contour stabilizers to assist in maintaining a rigid and durable filter pack. |
 |
Airopac
The Camfil Farr Airopac® is unaffected by varying airflows or repeated start-ups and shut-downs. The media is resistant to extended periods of high humidity making the Aeropac an excellent choice for humid climates or moisture-laden conditions.
|
The Camfil Farr Airopac:
- Incorporates microfine glass fibers formed into a wet-laid continuous media sheet. Although any air filter should not be continuously operated in saturated conditions, glass mat media offers a higher degree of performance in saturated conditions than high-lofted media products.
- Includes safe-edge aluminum media separators to assure a rigid and durable filter pack. The separators also assure uniform airflow throughout the media pack for full media utilization (longer filter life).
- Includes a media pack sealed into the enclosing frame eliminating air bypass. The media is bonded to the enclosing frame on the sides, and sealed with high-efficiency media on the top and bottom. A rubber based adhesive seal assures a durable and stable filter pack.
- Includes an enclosing frame manufactured from a unique blend of galvanized steel with a pre-processed aluminized finish. This combination provides a 50% increase in corrosion resistance when compared to standard galvanized metals.
- Is available with a single header or a double header dependent upon installation requirements. Each header includes a gasket strip to ensure a leak free seal between the filters, or between the filters and the filter housing.
- Available in a variety of sizes, the Aeropac offers high efficiency particulate filtration unaffected by varying airflows or adverse moisture conditions.

Airopac Green
The Camfil Farr Airopac Green provides high-efficiency EN779 performance in a compact 95mm deep supported media configuration. Ideal for HVAC systems where space may be a limitation, variable air volume systems (VAV), and as a replacement for existing 12” deep box filters.
|
The Airopac Green:
- Is available in the following efficiencies: F6, F7 or F8 efficiencies to EN779.
- Incorporates a wet-laid micro fine glass media (up to 10.9 metres squared) in a close-pleat design for optimum airflow, low system air resistance, and extended service life.
- Includes media spaced and supported with thermoplastic resin separators assuring full use of media area and uniform airflow through the filter.
- Media bonded to the periphery of the enclosing frame, using a fire retardant polyurethane sealant, eliminating the possibility of air-bypass.
- Has an enclosing frame constructed of rigid water resistant beverage board.
