Honeycomb Filters

  • Filter media used is a aluminium honeycomb which splits the incomming air into approximately 30,000 separate air streams per square metre.

  • The honeycomb media is housed in a 50mm channel frame.
Baffle Filters
These filters have a series of offset solid baffle plates which forces the grease laden air to change direction as it passes through the filter, The heaver than air grease particles become impinged on the baffle surfaces as the air chages direction and passes through. The grease, collected on the baffles, then drians off the filter. Service Frame
