30/30 Air Filter

Our exclusive media is bonded to a welded wire grid and then formed into a radial pleat, allowing full use of the media. This configuration allows the 30/30 filter to hold more dirt and last longer. The 30/30 frame is made of water-resistant beverage board instead of recycled cardboard, so the 30/30 will stand up to the worst conditions an HVAC system will present. No filter distortion or blowouts.

AP-Eleven

The Camfil Farr AP-Eleven extended surface pleated filter offers filtration for application in units that have 50 or 100 mm deep tracks for filter installation. The AP-Eleven is a MERV 11 filter when evaluated per ASHRAE Standard 52.2-1999.Using the AP-Eleven may reduce the size of the HVAC system, saving valuable mechanical area floor space.

Standard pleated filters remove nuisance dusts, lint and contaminants associated with staining and are primarily designed to protect equipment and act as prefilters. As a stand alone filter, the AP-Eleven will perform these tasks and also remove sub-micron particle, defined as lung-damaging by cognizant authorities.
Built for today's HVAC systems, the AP-Eleven includes:
  • 15 pleats per linear foot (2" deep model). The radial pleat design ensures full use of media area and a longer filter life
  • A fine-fiber media blend with a unique media loft that provides high-efficiency ASHRAE MERV 11 performance and high dust holding capacity
  • A welded wire media grid backing, treated for corrosion resistance, preventing media oscillation or filter pack failure as filter pressure drop increases
  • A high wet strength beverage board frame that creates a rigid and durable filter pack.

R30/30 WR

A filter that has been specifically developed for wet conditions. When subjected to water testing at a feed rate equivalent to 11 inches (280 mm) per hour of rain – the R30/30 WR test filters allowed no water penetration on the downstream side.
The filter combines high efficiency removal of water and mist with medium removal of airborne particulate.
The R30/30 WR is rated as a class G4 filter per CEN EN 779 and a MERV 7 filter according to ASHRAE 52.2.

CP-50-XL-HT Filters

The cp-50-xl-ht air filters are constructed to operate in temperatures up to 175 C (350 F). Applications include drying and automotive bake ovens.
The cp-50xl-ht is produced with a 24 aluminized steel frame. The media is a 45-50% ASHRAEefficiency, micro-fine fiberglass with a Class I glass scrim backing and is also available in a 60-65% ASHRAEefficiency. The media is bonded to a galvanized expanded metal backing and the entire media element is supported with an expanded metal aluminized grill. Available in 25, 50, 100 mm depths and standard face dimensions. HT Rope gasket option available.
